We provide the following coaching services:
- One-on-one executive coaching (e.g., individual leader development)
- Team coaching (e.g., leadership team development)
- Organization-wide coaching (e.g., strategic change initiatives)
- Meeting Facilitation (e.g., strategic planning, executive team offsites, team building initiatives)

Our Process .... .
. begins with listening. Our objective is to listen to you, to
understand what is important to you, and to help you do the same. We
believe that listening, clarifying and then working through you, and
with those within your sponsoring organization as appropriate, will
unlock inner potential and lead to positive and sustainable results. Our
job is to coach you through this process by first seeking to understand
your desired outcomes. Please click here to see a larger image of our recommended process.

Recommended StepsAlthough every journey is unique, following
are steps we may choose to take together:
- Schedule an
Initial Meeting
Either
via phone, or if you are in the greater Seattle/Bellevue, Washington,
area we can arrange an in-person meeting at a location convenient
for
you.
- Confirm Fit
The
Coaching
relationship, whether individual or sponsored through your
organization, is a
partnership. As with any relationship, mutual fit is key to our
ability to be effective together. Clients usually find that Coach Kelly is
effective with a broad
range of individuals in many environments. However, if for any reason a
different fit is desired, we have a variety of referral sources for you.
- Agree to a
Coaching Engagement
This
includes items such as the quantity of sessions desired,
length of time per session, and logistical considerations such as dates,
times
and locations (e.g. in-person or via phone). A variety of payment
methods are available for your particular coaching needs. The most
common include:
- Individuals:
Hourly rate via Check or Credit Card (PayPal) or Monthly Retainer if a
consistent schedule is desired
- Organizations:
Day Rate, Project Rate or Monthly Retainer if a long-term, consistent
schedule is desired
- Define
Coaching Objectives
As an individual, this comes from you. If an
organization is sponsoring your sessions, we will work together with
appropriate members of your sponsoring organization to ensure we are
both clear on the desired outcomes and the ongoing support you will
receive from your sponsor as we work together. For example, objectives
may include the desire to prepare you for increased responsibility
within the organization, which may include assessment instruments,
feedback interviews, or other items the organization will help to
define.
- Implement
Coaching Engagement
We will begin regular sessions based on the
arrangement we made together, and continue the process with the goal of
achieving the objectives defined at the outset.
- Follow-up
This
includes checking in with one another during our sessions to ensure we
are tracking to our defined objectives. It also means interim follow-up
(via email is common) to check in and see how things are coming along
between sessions. If we are working together via a sponsoring
organization, this may also include a three-way check-in meeting between
you, me and your sponsor to help them support your progress on-site.
- Transition
When
we confirm we have achieved the objectives of our coaching work
together, it is usually time to conclude that particular engagement. It
is not our goal to keep you dependent on coaching. Should you define new
goals for which you desire ongoing coaching support, and/or your
sponsoring organization desires a longer-term support program, we will
go through similar steps to refine our coaching arrangement and continue
our progress.
