Employing a "leadership from the inside-out" philosophy through two decades of leading teams through significant transition, Kelly was consistently tapped as an internal coach and for leadership roles in organization-wide development initiatives and earned the "Coach Kelly" moniker. While President of an Information Technology firm poised to become 100% employee-owned, a primary focus was developing "ownership thinking" at every level of the company, including the financial literacy and transparency needed for customer-facing employees to play significant roles in company growth.

Raised in a family transferred every three years by IBM (fondly referred to as "I've Been Moved"), Kelly has an adaptable style and comfort with a wide range of company cultures. A consummate professional, she understands and honors the integrity of the coaching relationship, which has earned team member trust to work effectively at multiple levels within an organization. Combined with her business experience, Kelly has a deep appreciation for the diverse needs of leaders tapped to deliver results in today's global economy.

Before launching her coaching business, Kelly served in multiple senior leadership roles, most recently as President of a national Information Technology services firm.
