About Coach Kelly
A Certified Hudson Institute Coach, accredited International Coach Federation (ICF) member and award-winning leader, including the Puget Sound Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" honor, Kelly Holm brings a rare and authentic blend of extensive hands-on senior leadership experience and professional coaching presence to the Executive Coaching and Leadership Development arenas.
Leveraging over 24 years of corporate experience, including her own rise through the ranks to the senior executive suite, Kelly brings a consistent track record of results in working with senior leaders, leadership teams and "100 Best" companies in over 30 industries, including the "Fortune 50." Clients consistently credit Kelly's effectiveness in coaching diverse, high-achieving individuals, teams and organizations to her insightful blend of business savvy, international experience, and passion for bringing out the best in others.
Before launching
her coaching business, Kelly served in multiple leadership roles,
including Regional Director of Operations for the Digital Media
division of an international Experiential Marketing (branding &
events) company, Regional Program Manager for an international
Management Consulting firm, Director of Core Services (Finance,
HR and IT), and most recently as President of a national
Information Technology consulting firm. She has also served on the
boards of both non-profit and for-profit organizations.
Earning the moniker "Coach Kelly" early in her leadership career and becoming a sought-after mentor, facilitator and coach for both in-house team members and external clients, Kelly followed her long-term vision to serve "overachievers" as an independent executive coach. Completing her professional certification at The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, an internationally renown and ICF-accredited program, Kelly's clientele remains 100% referral-based. She also serves as a Mentor Coach for seasoned professionals completing their own coaching certifications, and on the Executive Committee of a non-profit organization dedicated to developing young leaders.
Kelly lives in the Seattle area where she enjoys spending quality time with friends and family (including two dear Godsons and a Golden Retriever), volunteer organizations, recreating (cycling, rowing, swimming and running), traveling, playing music (former drummer and back-up singer for rock and pop bands), writing, enjoying a great book or popcorn and a movie.
